Let's Get Started--Intelligent Lighting Controllers (ILC-xx0 Devices)
You must follow the Steps here before any lights will turn on!
Setup
- Determine location for and secure suitable housing for equipment.
DIN-Rail enclosures are typically great housings for the equipment. See separate document for instructions.
- Install Power Supply Unit and ILC-xx0 controllers within housing.
See separate document for instructions.
- Install e-Node and setup as per separate instructions.
The system must be setup and commissioned (addresses given) to each ILC-xx0 in order for any light output to occur. See separate document for instructions.
Commissioning
The system must be setup and commissioned (addresses and UID assigned for each ILC-xx0) in order for any LED output devices to illuminate or be controlled. See separate document for more information.
- Discover e-Node to access its web-page.
- Discover ILC-xx0 devices and Assign to each a unique UID (unique ID >0) and a non-zero Zone/Group/Node address.
- Assign unique UID to each device.
- Assign Zone/Group/Node number (factory default is 2.1.0 with the first digit/octet of "2" being the "Zone" and the middle digit/octet of "1" being the "Group" and the third digit/octet being the "Node") so as not to include any "0s" in any of the octets.
The system must be setup and commissioned (addresses given) to each ILC-xx0 in order for any light output to occur. See separate document for instructions.
Testing
- User the User Interface on the e-Node's web pilot to test system.
