IMC-L-IR Linkable Option 

for IMC-1XX Series Controllers

The  IMC-L-IR Linkable Option has been designed to mechanically mount directly to an IMC-1XX Intelligent Motor Controller and provide integrated Infrared (IR) control flexibility for an IMC controller within a single gang J-Box!. In the case of the IMC-L-IR linkable option, an Infrared Receiver (IR) eye is integrated in front of the IMC-1XX controller to enable small handheld IR handheld devices to be used to wirelessly control the motorized blind or drapery without the need to install an IR eye in a separate box or fixture. In situations where an  IMC Controller is installed in a non-accessible location such as in a wiring closet or in the headrail of the blind or drapery track, implementing a useable and convenient IR receiver is still possible using alternative IR eyes available from Converging Systems (see IMC-RIR or IMC-SIR instead).

When installed with an IMC-1XX controller, IR Linkable Option and motor controller becomes a streamlined easy-to-install single gang component (see below).
