BRIC-IR-12 Remote

Intelligent 11- Button Keypad for BRIC

Handheld IR Keypad can be programmed to control one or two IMC-300 (BRIC) controllers. Specific user adjustments including screen position, top and bottom masking panels, and/or left and right masking panels can be adjusted to match the projected image of video projector. These precise settings can be stored under typical settings such as 16:9 (for DVD), 4:3 for standard TV, 2.35/1 for wider format viewing. Later, after these settings are stored into the IMC-300's memory, third party automation systems such as those available from AMX , Crestron and Elan Home Systems can automatically select those settings through touchscreen interfaces.

Easy Up/Down and "Home" Controls for the simplest of Motor Systems

Separate "A" and "B" channels are available from Screen and masking motors. A toggle switch allows another two channels ("C" and "D") to be controller as well. Separate UP and DOWN buttons as well as a STOP button allow for an easy user interface.

Six Aspect Ratio Presets Can be Easily Selected, Set and Adjusted

This flexible keypad allows for up to four channels of motors connected to two IMC-300 controllers to be controlled. Exact position of all motors can be stored into one of six memory locations (or additional memory locations using a computer interface) and recalled upon demand.

Simple Field Programming Without the Use of a Computer or Other Programming Tools

As an alternative to remote programming, a simplified built-in programming scheme permits on-site programming of presets without the need of computers or other programming tools. Simply move all connected motors to their precise location for a particular Preset and then depress and hold the selected Preset button until it beeps. That is all that is involved to set a particular Preset that can be used by standalone systems (that might employ a screen-trigger interface or this IR keypad) all the way up to theater-wide control systems that employ RS-232-C or Ethernet interfaces.

Compatible with BSKP Keypads or Remote IR Receiver (R-IR)

Remote can be used with integrated IR receives available on any BSKP keypad. In addition, a small low-cost IR-receiver can be hidden virtually anywhere to enable additional flexibility for IR operation.

Attractive Form Factor

Attractive small form factor case makes the IR easy to find among the clutter of other remotes.
