BSKP-2001 IR Receiver
Intelligent Networkable IR Receiver
Programmable Intelligent IR Receiver
The typical limitation of IR receivers is that they need to be placed within 6-12 feet of an IR demodulator in order to reduce signal loss. This unique networkable keypad device, enables an IR receiver to be placed up to 4000 feet away from the equipment it will be controlling. Receiver can then be programmed to control any number of CS-Bus controllers residing on the CS-bus. Any CS-Bus compatible controller can be logically organized in groups with sizes from 1 to over 65,000 (controllers). Any group can be triggered by an BSKP-2001-IR whether within a locally wired zone (limited to 4000 feet) or anymore throughout the world through an optional Ethernet adapter.
Easy to Configure IR Receiver
Simply install IR receiver wherever an extra IR receiver is needed. This ideal for situations in public places where there is a specific requirement not to have pushbuttons which might be inadvertently pressed.
Individually Addressable
Up to 65,000 CS-Bus controllers can be individually networked, commissioned, controlled and administered over the CS-Bus backbone system. Typically, up to 255 units can be organized within a single Group, with up to 255 Groups permitted within a single Zone. Finally, up to 255 Zones can be configured within an entire system.

Simple Field Programming Without the Use of a Computer or Other Programming Tools
As an alternative to remote programming, a simplified built-in programming scheme permits on-site programming without the need of computers or other programming tools. Simply press a "discovery" button on any motor controller and press and hold a BSKP keypad button to immediately program the linkage between a BSKP keypad and one or more CS-Bus compatible controllers.
Easy Mounting with Modular (RJ) connector
An integrated modular RJ connector enables quick connection/wiring in the field. |
