BACKGROUND. The Intelligent Lighting Controller (ILC-640d™) is an ingenious state-of-the art networkable controller for up to 64 DALI II single channel (monochrome) or dual channel (Tunable White) fixtures. The ILC-640™ allows supported DALI II (DT-8 compatible) fixtures (monochrome and TW) to be discovered, addressed and tested through an easy-to-use web-page available on a connected e-Node 4x00 gateway. Optimization of the DALI protocol with selected DALI II fixtures eliminates "pop-corning" or non-responsive seen while driving DALI Groups as compared with competitive DALI encoders. In the near future up to 4 ILC-640d controllers can be linked to a single e-Node 4x000 to allow up to 256 DALI II fixtures to be controlled. And perhaps most importantly, support for DALI Ii fixture is possible with all 3rd-party lighting and automation systems in the marketplace (i.e., AMX, Control 4, Crestron-SIMPL Windows/Crestron Home, Elan/NICE, Lutron, RTI, Savant, URC, Vantage and others).

OPERATION. One to four ILC-640™ controllers (consult factory for release date of multiple unit operation) can be linked to a single e-Node 4000/4100 to control 64 DALI II fixtures (per ILC-640).

EASY SETUP. The controller’s incredibly small size enables the unit to be positioned seamlessly within a soffit, equipment rack, J-Box or control panel. A built-in microprocessor allows easy system programming while the unique Converging Systems CS-Bus type discovery technology modified for DALI II fixtures allows all DALI II fixtures to be quickly discovered and activated within the e-Node environment of supported fixtures. All lighting control and home automation systems have developed customized device drivers which enable simple to sophisticated control of scenes and functions for the e-Node.
